The heart of this program is shaped by the work of pioneering microdose researcher, psychologist, and author James Fadiman, PhD. Outline of Our 6 Weeks Together
Before your microdosing journey officially begins, we’ll gather as a group to connect, ask questions, and open the container for our time together.
We’ll walk through the structure of the program and explore the practice of microdosing including: benefits, risks, dosing, calibration, tracking your experience with the Daily Tracker and creating a starting point with your Baseline Assessment.
Orientation & Open the Container
Week 1: Intention & Calibration
This first week invites you to go deeper into your intention and initiates the calibration phase of your microdosing journey. Your intention acts as both a compass and catalyst—helping you clarify what you hope to create, shift, or heal, and aligning your energy toward meaningful change.
You’ll begin gathering data as you calibrate your starting dose and track how you’re feeling on ‘on’ and ‘off’ days, as well as gain clarity on the areas of your life that feel ready for transformation. Through the reflective exercises in the workbook, you’ll identify your core values and explore potential obstacles that may surface along the way.
This week is all about deepening your awareness—of the patterns, habits, emotions, and beliefs that may be holding you back. With microdosing as your ally, you’ll begin to observe yourself with greater clarity—challenging self-limiting beliefs, reconnecting with your strengths, and reimagining what’s possible for you—aligned with the vision you’re creating.
In this second week of calibration, you’ll hone in on your ideal dose and settle on a protocol to carry you through the rest of the experience, as you cultivate a personal relationship with your ‘medicine’.
Week 2: See What’s Standing in Your Way
With your intention set and deeper awareness unfolding, this week brings your focus to balance—particularly how you navigate stress and regulate your nervous system. You’ll explore the difference between reactive and regulated states, identify the internal and external patterns that either disrupt or support your sense of equilibrium, and begin building a personal toolkit of practices that help you feel grounded, safe, and supported.
Through microdosing, you’ll start to observe how your body responds to different states and how that response shapes your daily experience—while reconnecting with your inner resources and your body’s natural rhythm.
Week 3: Cultivate Balance from Within
This week invites you to revisit and expand on your intention. Explore what lights you up, tune into your creative motivation, and identify the conditions that facilitate a flow state—that state of effortless inspiration where distractions fall away and the channel opens to align with your greater sense of purpose.
Microdosing can support you in overcoming procrastination and resistance—not by pushing harder, but by helping you align more fully with what truly matters to you.
Week 4: Align with Your Creative Rhythm
Week 5: The Path of the Warrior with the Heart of the Healer
This week invites you to explore the dynamic relationship between two powerful inner forces: the part of you that leads with courage and direction, and the part that guides with compassion and care. Your Inner Warrior holds your vision, makes empowered choices, and moves you forward. Your Inner Healer brings presence, honors your needs, and helps you move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
When these two aspects are in alignment, you can take action that feels purposeful and right for you—without abandoning your inner wisdom along the way.
This is a week of integration—where doing meets being, and discipline meets devotion. As you connect with both your Inner Warrior and your Inner Healer, you’ll begin to embody the strength to act and the compassion to listen.
As your guided journey comes to a close, this week offers space to pause, reflect, and integrate. You’ll revisit the intention you set at the beginning and explore how your experience unfolded—what shifted, what surprised you, and how you've grown. This is a time to acknowledge what’s been reclaimed or revealed, and to anchor those insights into your daily life.
The invitation now is to carry forward what you’ve learned—integrating the insights and growth from your journey into everyday living, and noticing how you’re showing up differently—in your choices, your relationships, and your sense of self.
Week 6: Weave it All Together
We’ll gather again the week after the program ends for a final group session to reflect on your overall experience and consider how microdosing fits into your ongoing path. Together, we’ll gather the energy from this shared experience and close the container that has supported us on this journey, honoring the wisdom you’ve uncovered.
