Your ceremony will open a doorway, and this container is designed to support you as insights settle, emotions shift, and new awareness begins to take shape in your daily life.
Together, we’ll create space to listen closely to what’s emerging, gather wisdom from your experience, and translate it into grounded, meaningful change—at a pace where nothing is rushed, everything is welcome, and your experience is honored as a living, ongoing process.
Our Time Together
What’s Included in Your Three-Month Integration Journey
Nine 60-minute weekly sessions plus email/text support between calls for brief check-ins, reflections, or questions as they arise.
Our time together begins with an introductory Zoom call with your facilitator, where we meet and open the container for your journey.
Following your retreat, we’ll typically meet once per week and while we begin with a weekly rhythm, the frequency and length of our sessions are flexible and can adapt as needed.
Each weekly session holds the space to support your journey as it unfolds. Integration happens as life happens—in your relationships, in the moments you connect, respond, and reflect. As you make new choices and meet familiar situations in new ways, insights from your ceremony will naturally continue to emerge.
Together, we’ll design an integration roadmap based on your intentions, your experience, and the changes you’re ready to make.
Weekly support helps you stay oriented, provides a space for healing to be acknowledged and witnessed, and supports new habits and practices as they begin to take root.
You’re working with new neural pathways while older patterns fade into the background and belief systems are updated. This three-month container offers the consistency and support that allows those changes to stabilize and become lived, embodied experience.
